## Speaking and writing practice at a fruit stall
### Goal
Today you will practice short, polite Russian for buying fruit and asking simple questions at a fruit stall.

You already practiced short shopping language. Today we use the same style, but in a fruit stall.

2. **банан** — *ba-nan* — banana
3. **апельсин** — *a-pyel-seen* — orange
4. **сахар** — *sa-khar* — sugar
5. **весы** — *ve-sy* — scales

### Usage notes
- **Одно** is used with a singular neuter noun like **яблоко**.
- **Мне нужен** is a simple way to say you need something.
- **У вас есть... ?** is a very useful question for shops and stalls.
- **пожалуйста** makes your speech polite.
- **весы** is plural in Russian, so the verb and question sound a little special.
