This week we review a few useful daily ideas from recent lessons: home, room, and simple place sentences. Then we learn 5 new words for things in a house or room.

- stop = to end movement
- bread = food made from flour
- milk = a white drink from cows
Today’s new words:
1) home — hohm — house; place you live
2) room — room — part of a house
3) table — tay-bul — furniture for eating or working
4) chair — chair — seat for one person
5) door — dor — part that opens and closes
Today’s 5 example sentences:
1) I am at home. — ai am at hohm
2) The room is clean. — dhuh room iz kleen
3) The book is on the table. — dhuh book iz on dhuh tay-bul
4) My chair is near the table. — mai chair iz neer dhuh tay-bul
5) The door is open. — dhuh dor iz oh-puhn
Usage notes:
- Use home for the place where you live.
- Use room for a part of a house.
- Use on for something resting on top of something.
- Use near for something close to another thing.
- Use open for a door that is not closed.
