1) form — reading: form — meaning: paper with questions
2) help — reading: help — meaning: support
3) fill — reading: fil — meaning: put information in
4) name — reading: neym — meaning: person's name
5) sign — reading: sayn — meaning: write your name
Word notes:
- form: use for paper or a page with spaces to complete.
- help: use when you want support from another person.
- fill: use when you put information into a form.
- name: use when you give your name or ask for it.
- sign: use when you write your name at the end.
