- Learn 5 place phrases: on, under, behind, next to, in front of.
- Use them in very simple A1 sentences.

- We also practiced everyday action words and present simple time words.
- Today we focus on where things are near a desk.

1) desk — a work table
Reading: desk
Example: The lamp is on the desk.
2) lamp — a light object
Reading: lamp
Example: The lamp is next to the desk.
3) computer — an electronic machine
Reading: kuhm-PYOO-ter
Example: The computer is on the desk.
4) notebook — a writing book
Reading: NOHT-book
Example: The notebook is under the desk.
5) chair — a place to sit

Example: The chair is behind the desk.

1) The lamp is on the desk.
Reading: dhuh lamp iz on dhuh desk.
Meaning: Lamba masanın üstünde.
Usage: Use on when something is above and touching the desk.
2) The notebook is under the desk.
