Woman donates kidney to a stranger she met hiking on a Utah trail 

When Krissy Miller met Pastor Shiller Joseph on a Utah hiking trail, they say it was the answer to both of their prayers. Shiller was sick and needed a new kidney. Krissy had been hoping to save a life by donating hers. They struck up a friendship and found out Krissy was a match. The surgery was a success. NBC News’ Hallie Jackson has their remarkable story.
