Watch live: Harris campaigns with Liz Cheney in battleground Wisconsin

Vice President Harris and Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) will campaign together Thursday in the battleground state of Wisconsin, holding an event in the town of Ripon — known as the birthplace of the Republican Party.

Cheney and her father, former GOP Vice President Dick Cheney, endorsed Harris last month over former President Trump. The former lawmaker has also urged other Republicans who oppose a second Trump term to support the Democratic nominee.

With the election just 33 days away, The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's polling index shows the vice president with a 1.3-point lead over the GOP presidential nominee in the Badger State — 49.4 percent support to 48.1 percent.

The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. EDT.
